Once the studio is up and operational, all staffing is complete, the majority of management and oversight can be completed off-site, though you will always have a key person on-site. Each spa can be ran with as little as a single staff member at a time.

Due to low up front costs, low staffing requirements, and ease of operations, each facility owner can possibly run a Zivel location(s) as a side business, and not the primary source of income, thereby further limiting financial strain on the owner(s).
