  • Comparable franchises can run over 1 Million per location. For that cost you could develop a whole region with Zivel locations. We are constantly searching for ways to lower costs and run more lean to maximize potential outcomes.

  • Once the spa is up and operational, all staffing is complete, the majority of management and oversight can be completed off-site. Each spa can be ran with as little as a single staff member.

  • Due to low up front costs, low staffing requirements, and ease of operations, each facility owner can actually run a Zivel location(s) as a side business, and not the primary source of income, thereby further limiting financial strain on the owner(s).

    Deep dive into Zivel and our culture, answering all questions to determine if this is the best fit for both parties.

  • Territory Selection

    Based on your location specifics, along with our guidelines, we will determine and agree upon your protected territory.

  • Discovery Day & Site Visit

    Final decisions for your specific location, on-site Discovery Day and meeting with our team & locations.

  • Final Agreement

    Everything has been agreed upon, sign the Franchise Agreement, and being awarded your Zivel Franchise!
